The team at Perth Bartender consists of a selection of Perth’s finest & talented Bartenders. All Perth Bartender Crew have extensive experience in Cocktail Mixology, Flair Bartending & overall Beverage entertainment.
 Adam Keane
 Adam is a true passionate hospitality professional who has spent over 15 years in the Hospitality game both all over Australia & overseas. Adam has been involved in cocktail events, mixing great cocktails for a number of years. Adam is a qualified hospitality trainer and delivers a monthly Cocktail Masterclass with the Australian Hotels Association.
Adam has been successful in a number of national & international Bartendering awards including National Suntory Cup Champion 2002, 4th place in Singapore for the Asia Pacific Cocktail Championships 2005 & 7th in the world in Finland at the IBA World Classic Cocktail Competition in 2005. Adam was most recently mixing drinks at MINQ Lounge at Burswood.
Kevin Clark
 Kevin’s experience stems from working & managing several cocktail bars in Perth over the last 10 years. Kevin has also been involved in launching such Tequila brands as Jose Cuervo & Herradura to the Perth Bar scene over the last 5 years. Kevin has a strong background delivering training programs on various alcohol brands from several companies he has worked for. Kevin has impeccable talent for making quality drinks all combined with his outgoing personality. Kevin has been a key staff member in several Iconic Perth Cocktail Bars such as LUXE Bar, MINQ Lounge & 1907 Bar. Kevin is now the manager at Hula Bula Bar.
Brett Lubicz
 Brett Lubicz has developed his skills from his 10 years of experience working at one of Perth’s top bars, Universal Bar. Here Brett has become extremely adept at mixing a great cocktail; he has also developed cocktail lists and trained staff over a number of years. Brett has won a number of awards, including being inducted into the Hall of Fame with the Australian Hotels Association in 2008 after winning the Bar Services Employee of the Year Award three times in a row. The 2006 Schweppes Bar Person of the year and recently Runner up for Cosmopolitan Magazine’s Hottest Bartender for 2009. Brett has an undeniable passion for great service, all done with a big smile.
Brooke Jackson
 Brooke Jackson bursted onto the Cocktail scene almost 4 years ago now and has been honing her craft ever since. Brooke is a vital part of the youth of the Perth Bartender team as she has been absorbing as much information on Cocktails & the industry through her many Industry based courses & certificates she has received. Brooke splits her time working for Perth Bartender & Wine & Spirits Company Pernod Ricard Australia.
Jason Koch
 Whilst living & working in Europe for over 5 years Jason has achieved some great international hospitality experience. More recently residing in Melbourne, he has worked with bars, like Double Happiness, managed a South Yarra Wine Store & worked at the The Botanical. He also brings to the team much experience from a background within marketing & understands corporate business. Jason has uncanny personality which oozes charisma & sophisticated charm to wow guests and at function or event.
Sebastian Jurgens
 Sebastian has been popping up in many premium Cocktail Bars in Perth for a number of years. Over this time Sebastian has had the opportunity to work and learn from some of the industries finest, to become a talented bartender in his own right. Sebastian has been involved in several cocktail competitions and is always involved where the industry is concerned. Sebastian has worked in venues in Perth such as MINQ, Devilles Pad, Defectors, The Manor & currently works the bar at Mt Lawley's new Five Bar. Sebastian has an infectious humour and great all round personality to mix up some tasty cocktails for your next event.
Simon Hough
 Simon “Simo” Hough has been entertaining Australia with his unbelievable Flair Bartending skills for over 5 years. Simon has won a bag of awards for his talents of Flair Bartendering but he has worked hard to be recognized as one of Perth’s best all round bartenders. A selection of Simon’s awards include; 2004 Cuervo Flair Champion, 2005 Wyborowa Cocktail Champion, Runner up Level Vodka Cocktail Competition 2006 & national finalist at the 2008 Skyy Global Australian Flair Championships. Simon has recently been seen throwing bottles & mixing drinks at LUXE Bar, MINQ, Ambar & Llama Bar.
Tony Liversage
 Tony Liversage has worked & managed several fine dining restaurants & bars all over Australia over the last 15 years. Tony has a keen palate for wine by winning numerous wine list awards at venues such as Bravo Wine Bar, Monsoon Pan Asian & the Wine Room. Tony has mixed many a cocktail in his time being the driving force at creating the 'Ready Set Shake Competition at Watt Modern Dining in Brisbane. Tony has was at the helm at Frasers Restaurant for a numbers of years managing the restaurant & bar until recently he has opened his own chic café Akheele in West Perth.
